I’m reluctantly giving one star. I’d love to give more because these were really nice guys, and they got the job done yesterday. I had four pieces of exercise equipment I wanted moved from an attached garage to a detached garage. So world’s shortest moving job, approximately 50 feet. I described the equipment to Brooke on the phone, told him it was commercial quality, estimated the weight of the Precor weight machine and told him the treadmill probably weighs 350 pounds. I contacted Brooke with an extremely short time frame and a large project. He and his team were professional and did an amazing job clearing the items. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and I recommend them to anyone needing a hauling/moving company with compassion as well as competence.
They just left. Extraordinary service! From the start (we were looking to remove furniture before our move. We couldn’t get a firm date from a number of charities). He stayed in communication with us. Made allowances for the fact that we didn’t commit until it was clear that none of the charities could promise to show up before we had to leave.
