We ordered a replacement cover for our spa. They estimated it would come in six weeks. It took twice as long and there was no communication from them. We had to inquire twice - with no response - to find out when it was going to be delivered. The actual delivery and installation was excellent; the installer was very professional and efficient.
This repair was done quickly and handled professionally by the technician. I grateful for all the help. Thank you and the entire team.
