I was a supporter of San Diego Hot Springs and referred multiple customers. Unfortunately, my experience after the sale has been disappointing. Between warranty issues, repeated fees for service calls, and commitments that were made but ultimately not honored, I found it increasingly difficult to get concerns resolved. Great partner to work with I highly recommend
I bought a Tylo outdoor sauna in December. It was installed by San Diego Hot Springs… They were on time and very professional. Several weeks later I needed to have a small detail taken care of and they were very responsive and came out and took care of it completely. I’d highly recommend this business!! And I’m using the sauna almost every day!! Love it!!
