Be careful . I had extensions installed here on June 11. The student who worked on me used too much product, which left my hair oily and stringy. Even after several washes and a return visit, it never improved, and my hair was cut unevenly. I had walked into this salon very nervously and met Ms. Toma, who very patiently gave me a free of charge consultation. She went over all the different types of extensions available, and what she thought would be the best for my hair type. There was no sales pressure on her part which is rare. WARNING!!!, this company uses poor quality hair. I had my extensions installed on June 11 by a student she used way too much heat protectant spray, and then shine spray at the very end making it extremely oily and stringy after sitting for six hours, (see photo) I could not wash my hair for two full days which made things even worse. I had a good experience here until my 3rd appointment, the girl doing my hair clearly had somewhere to else to be and did a terrible job on my hair. I don’t spend $700 to get my hair moved up and had 30 pieces fall out in the first 6 weeks. I called and requested they fix it and I requested I get it at a discounted rate.
