San Diego Fly Rides was THE MOST knowledgeable e-bike shops I spoke with. I called several other stores first, and many couldn’t even tell me what motor came on the bike I wanted. Thanks, Noah, for taking the time to try and troubleshoot the speed sensor issue on the fly! So appreciate your kindness. Noah, Cam and Trey are the best. Couldn't be happier with our purchase. Edit: After owning the bikes and whenever we've needed service or warranty help the customer care dropped. They won't go out of their way to help which I found disappointing. Great shops not only make you happy the first day, but also when they can't make money off of you.
