Family Dermatology is a wonderful facility to visit. The doctors are far above AMAZING, and their staff are the nicest people ever.
Dr. Gordan and ALL the staff are so great. I have been going monthly for about a year now and I have not even one complaint and for anyone who knows me, is shocked right now that I don't have even one. I wish I remembered names better but all staff memebers have been exceptional everytime. I'd like to know their secret for hiring great people and share with the rest of the world!!
The staff here are very kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Chiang especially is great!
Doctor Chiang was one of the least empathetic doctors I’ve seen. She disregarded all my concerns about my acne, and literally prescribed everything so that she can move onto the next patient. She prescribed me 3 exfoliants and had someone write them down on a used piece of paper with no instructions or background information. Forget the disorganization- when I would bring up concerns to her about my skin she would continuously say that that “could possibly be it…” and then proceed to prescribe all the topicals in the book th... read more
