I am from out of town and unfortunately I was not able to be involved in the eviction process for one of my tenants. Everything was done over the phone and email. I contact multiple agencies but Michael was honest, polite, always answered my questions and communicated consistently with the process. Rachael and team executed the eviction of my tenant flawlessly. Her team keeps the process going without delay. She has a large enough team with specialties in various areas to insure all details are addressed correctly the first time. Additionally, email response for my questions was typically 30 minutes or less. At all times I was aware of where we were in the process. If you need a Bulldog, someone who will fight for you every step of the way call San Diego Evictions. Micheal went above and beyond for me. He answered all my questions even after his part of the eviction was done. He is very knowledgable about the eviction process. I will gladly use his services again!!!
