Beware!!Paid 50% deposit early Feb 2021. Installation delayed, then delayed. Install done mid-June 2021 and full amount charged same day even though damaged door panels were installed by the work crew. Promised repair.Haven't heard back from vendor since! (In spite of several contact efforts).Is there a warranty recourse?
Very poor customer service and lack of communication. We ordered new garage doors back in Mid-January 2021 and they were promised to be installed in about 6-7 weeks however this company didnt even order them until 3/10/21 and they were installed a month later in April even though we paid the deposit back in Mid-January. It took many, many phone calls to be able to talk to somebody. They never returned our several emails and phone calls.
