Used this company for substituted service. The required documents to prove the service was completed were filled out wrong. When we tried to contact them to assist us with the issue, we received poor service and the forms were still incorrect. Now, the phones are disconnected and the emails bounce back.
******************* who I think owns the company took my money for filing and service and never filed anything and just kept my money. He refuses to even return and email or call. Just took the money.
