Avoid buying here. They give you citations for the most absurd items. Don't pay 1 mill to be harassed not to mention the dues go to nothing that is really needed. The curbs are falling apart (literally) if you dont notice it you damage your rims and tires. All they care about is a pub with bad food, the horse center and a golf course that no one in their right mind would drive 45 minutes out of their way to get to. Torrey pines is the same price and better kept for a full 18 holes.
Great place to live. Community is strong and passionate about their outdoor activities. Close to the city, beach, mountains and desert.
