Great place to live. Community is strong and passionate about their outdoor activities. Close to the city, beach, mountains and desert.
Janice at the HOA is the worst. Her attitude is sub par as well as her people skills. This HOA has done selective enforcement if any on the rules according to Joshua Jones. The HOA in general has not done its job as argumentative as Janice has been defending the HOA. I have pictures of my complaints meaning violations as well as accurate hand written account of community relations admitting to selective enforcement if any again by Joshua Jones own admission.
