Stay away from this office! WORST!!
Avoid at all cost! After one year of putting up with no call backs, not responding to their online Sharp app, no one answering the phone, waiting over 3 weeks and still no resolve with a pre-authorize prescription, showing up at the office this morning to find out that the office is relocating from Chula Vista to Encinitas with no patients notification and finally on leaving the office I ran into 0an inpatient and arrogant Dr Argourd, who had one line "People must learn to be patient", without hearing my concern. I have had a great experience with this office. I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. They called me when they received my referral and I was able to call them back and make an appointment without a problem. I saw the PA Jenelle Robinson and am so incredibly happy with my experience. She was so thorough, went through my entire health history. Listened to my concerns and explained my blood work to me. She is truly one of the few practitioners left that will take the time to answer all of your questions ... read more
0 stars, staff is awful they are the worst possible practice you can go the front staff treat you like they own the practice a bunch of bitter women
Awful. . . . never pick up phone, always goes to an answering service and no return call for days. I tried to make an appointment for three weeks and could not. Zero points. Not sure how they stay in business.
