Beware, the guy is a horrible communicator. Took me several emails for him to respond to me came out to my house looked at the golf cart, left it open and Unrepaired, left my house and never came back. Texted him numerous times asking about the status of the Golf Cart no response. If it was something that he couldn’t fix at least you should’ve had the courtesy to let me know that it was outside his skill set so that I could find someone else to fix it.
Jacob was very responsive as I reached out to him. I had two issues that he quickly solved; but then he also solved another one. His price is very reasonable; he is very knowledge—-excellent Golf Cart repairman!
Our golf cart batteries finally gave out after several years. I called and spoke with Jacob Bryant regarding our situation. As senior citizens, we rely on our cart on a daily basis. Jacob suggested replacing the old style batteries with 1 new Lithium battery. We investigated the pros and cons of Lithium vs. buying 4 big 12 volt deep cycle batteries with friends and lots of online research. Turns out that I had an electrical problem on my 2010 48v club car that I just purchased. Jacob was able to figure out the problem and get my golf cart back up and running.
