Dr. Avalos was the doc who saw me at Scripps La Jolla ER. I was having chest pains, I thought was a heart attack. Dr. Avalos came to see me, spent a very long time interviewing me, and I had some tests. Turns out I was not having a heart attack, but I do have 'Angina'. I follow him in his office and he is so amazing. Very knowledgable about everything and I have refered many of my partners and brothers. Dr. Avalos is from smoggy LA, but so grateful he is now in beautiful San Diego!
I have a family history of heart attacks. My grand-father and father both died in their 40's. I have 2 young children and want to live to see my grandchildren! My brother was recommended to Dr. Avalos from one of his staff. My brother growing up has always had a phobia of doctors.
