They are thorough, clean, and explain everything about use of the new BBQ in easy to understand terms. Great experience and we will use San Diego BBQ going forward for servicing and/or cleaning. Our 2018 Weber two burner grill was a greasy, oily mess. We were thinking of dumping it and buying another. In fact it caught fire last week while grilling salmon. Not joking. My in-laws referred us to SDBBQ after they cleaned and tuned up their larger barbecue and left it nearly spotless. For the price of a decent new barbecue, Ray came to our house, vacuumed up all the charred gunk inside, used grinding and buffing equipment to get all the accumulated grease off the grates and burners etc., and left the metal side shelves ... read more
San Diego BBQ did a fantastic job! Mark cleaned up our beyond-trashed looking BBQ so it looked nearly new, and Dan came later the same day to install all the new parts — now it works as good as new. When the igniter module was determined bad, he quickly grabbed a replacement at the shop and finished shortly thereafter. The whole job cost a fraction of buying new and saved us the hassle of replacing our cooktop. I am extremely appreciative of the BBQ solution that San Diego BBQ came up with for me and my beautiful but perhaps obsolete grill. After a competitor failed to locate three new burners and un-loosen a couple of valves, I called Trinna who not only has a very pleasant voice, but who immediately displayed a "can-do, we go the extra mile" attitude! Daniel was great. Replaced the broken igniter and fixed the lights and installed the front plate after I broke stuff trying to replace the igniter using utube videos. Thank you Daniel and SF BBQ
