I am not one to complain about the people in the medical field since I am studying to be a nurse but the staff of this office is so rude, unorganized, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Anytime you try to call they are "out to lunch" no matter what time of day it is. Instead of greeting you with a friendly attitude when you go in, they ignore you or act unwelcoming. the people that work in the el centro are so rude my mother loss her son in march of 2014 she had a apt we call to let them know she was not going we told her what happen she said so that's no reason my mom was and is so depress she has fluid in her shoulder lots of pain and they will not see what kind of caring people work there it is sad my mom 94 yrs
