I lost my cat, so I called this place in hopes that they might have picked him up. Nobody picked up the phone and I left a message. I waited a whole day for them to call me back, which they never did, despite saying in the auto message that they would “as soon as possible”. I found out that he passed away and am currently dealing with the grief. However, if you are going to start any business at all, being attentive to people’s concerns should be a priority.
