These are the best churros I've ever had hands down. Whenever I see their food truck, I have to buy a churro. It's that good. A lot of churros are dry and almost stale tasting. These always taste warm, fresh, and moist. I'm not typically a fan of filled pastries, like donuts. But turns out churros are meant to be filled and are way better this way. Wish I had one right now...
