Very confusing carparks and hospital and clinic layout. Couldn't find any parking for 20 minutes. Expensive car parking. Ridiculous same colour coding on every level of the car park adding to confusion. Lifts not working. Attended a very rude and non caring Haematologist also.
Staff, doctors etc are fantastic however the lifts are very small / very narrow and particularly hard for wheelchair use. You'd think for a private hospital like this that it wouldn't be the case however, it is very bad and whilst waiting for a lift, you run late to your appointment due to the limited space, which is hard for wheelchair access so we had to wait for the next and then the next, hoping it wasn't full to fit a wheelchair. Other's in the elevator also complained. This is very poor and really needs to change!
Very good. Even though my sickness wasn’t the worst in the waiting room, I was still treated very quickly
