This is the only place I go to get a SMOG. Sean is one of the most helpful and nicest dudes ive ever met. He'll get you in and out fast too!
Came to get a 99 4Runner smogged and the owner was so friendly from the start. Recognized we were waiting for the shop to open and greeted us with a smile. Was fast and efficient although he was waiting for repairs on the machine we needed for the SMOG, he pointed us over to another shop that assisted. Planet Smog was better at communication and pricing but although he couldn’t perform the Smog himself, he helped us get everything taken care of that day and fast too. I absolutely love going to Planet Smog when I get that dreaded notice. No one's favorite chore, but when you show up and see Sean there smiling and guiding you into his space it's suddenly not as awful. Not only is his pricing very fair and consistent, his process is so lovely and unexpected for a smog shop. He'll seat you in his tiny lounge space that was thoughtfully prepared.
