Came to get a 99 4Runner smogged and the owner was so friendly from the start. Recognized we were waiting for the shop to open and greeted us with a smile. Was fast and efficient although he was waiting for repairs on the machine we needed for the SMOG, he pointed us over to another shop that assisted. Planet Smog was better at communication and pricing but although he couldn’t perform the Smog himself, he helped us get everything taken care of that day and fast too.
