I absolutely love going to Planet Smog when I get that dreaded notice. No one's favorite chore, but when you show up and see Sean there smiling and guiding you into his space it's suddenly not as awful. Not only is his pricing very fair and consistent, his process is so lovely and unexpected for a smog shop. He'll seat you in his tiny lounge space that was thoughtfully prepared. Hands down. Best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere in ma whole dayum life.
Sean was drinking his coffee and as soon as he saw me he knew right away that I was going in to his place, he guide me where to place my car and gave me water. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He is very polite and I had a great experience.
