Visited with my daughter; we all had separate issues. Daughter wanted two nails fixed, they insisted on a new set. Ended up with a crazy amount of product under every nail, when she repeatedly asked them to clean it up, she was ignored. We both suffered friction burns on our skin where they took out a chunk of skin while filing the nail bed. Had an area I asked to be redone with callus remover; it was skipped.
