HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF MY DOG AND RUDE, condescending staff!! I took my dog in today for her regular bath appointment she gets every 2 weeks. I had a 10am appointment and I confirmed I was to pick her up in 2 hrs. When I showed up to get her I was told by her groomer (that was bathing another dog), that my dog wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes, that she still had to “brush her and dry her”! 5 stars all for Lily!!! I appreciate that girl so so much! My dog has actually been kicked out of 3 separate salons because he misbehaves. He hated going to the groomer. But, he loves Lily! He loves going to the groomer now. All I have to say is, "You wanna go see Lily?" And he gets excited. He literally runs in and puts his paws up on the desk as if to say, "Hi! Im here! I'm here!" He feels so silky and looks so dang handsome when I pick him up! We love Lily!!!
