It's OK. Desperately needs updating for the money we paid. Somebody put a new toilet in and put the old rusted 1980 seat back on it. Paint and stucco peeling badly on the ocean side and on the stucco fence. The appliances look like my grandmother's. I cleared the disgusting clogged drain in the tub, so the shower would drain and scrubbed the dryer vent to hasten the drying process and reduce fire hazard. I've stayed at better.
