The staff were honest, knowledgeable, and willing to help me out on short notice. They really just wanted to help and managed to fix my issue quickly and affordably. I'll definitely be back for any future work!
Tom and his guys are the most honest mechanics in Orange County and provide excellent high quality service.
I would never recommend this shop. They had my car for almost a month and never fixed a single thing. When I finally got it back, it was actually in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They wasted my time, left me without transportation, and clearly didn’t care about making things right. Very unprofessional and completely disappointing experience.
HORRIBLE! Returned our car in worse condition than it was when we gave it to them, they had it for 3 weeks and couldn't figure it out so just "gave up" then my husband calls to ask him what work they did on it since we now have to fix it ourselves and he doesn't give him a straight answer and blames it on rats..on top of that when my husband went to pick up the car he was avoiding him now it's clear why..don't understand why this place has so many good reviews wish I could give 0 stars or even better negative stars
