This company is the worst! They charge way too much to have no service. They hang up on you when there is an outage after hours. They charge a cost adjustment for emergency outages. They charge us for them buying solar for THIER companies.

Improve communication. In this day and age there is no excuse for not sending out an alert via any one of the available means of communication to people who count on you daily.
Some areas in Pinal County have no choice but BIA San Carlos Project for power. The way they handle outage communication is deplorable. They don't communicate at all.
you can never get ahold of them especially during emergency or outage. 4 hours no electricity cant speak to anyone.
RecommendedI know this is a small electric company. But a way to be notified of an outage and the ETR would be awesome. Even though this outage was only about an hour. Those of us working from home. It would be nice to be able to advise our work. A time frame of power restoration.
1. Provide net metering so we can install solar. Must be the only utility that does not offer this. 2. Provide flexible billing plans - not just a fixed rate.
