Lady that answers the phone is rude and doesn't know "anything" about irrigation, how can you even work there, then? Blows my mind that you can't get important information from the irrigation company and all she says is to call some other company and they should know. You ask to speak to someone that does "know" and she says there's no one there, but herself and not to mention you can hear people talking in the background noise and she says, "Thank you" to someone. Unbelievable! Worst utility company I've had to deal with.
