This office staff is unbelievably rude and not empathetic to patients. Went in for a root canal. The office was given all info including my xrays. This place wanted to do more xrays plus additional things that were not necessary. Not one friendly face approached me. They also did not want to work with me on a payment plan I could afford. The staff and doctors at the San Carlos Endodontics are lovely. They treated me with kindness and understanding when they heard I needed a root canal before my heart diagnostics. The doctor did a good job explaining everything. The facilities were also incredibly clean and welcoming. The patient chair vibrated too, how cool. I appreciate this office.

the lady who picked the phone she was tooo rudeeeeee . please guys avoid this clinic . if they are rude in call they can give you wrong treatment

I came to this office early for my scheduled oral surgery, already feeling unsure and overwhelmed. I hadn’t slept, had been experiencing panic attacks, and honestly wasn’t sure I could go through with it that day. I let the front desk staff know this upfront, and initially, the response seemed understanding — I was brought to a private room to wait and was told the doctor would come talk to me.
