This place prides themselves on being a great place to work. There is nothing good about working here. The management doesn't care. The hire a bunch of kids still in high school and they don't train them. They have to offer a ton of benefits just to try and keep staff there but the benefits are ultimately the reason why I left. They refused to drop the over priced insurance and claimed it was the law to have. I called umr which is the insurance provider and they flat out were confused on why san cammilo wouldn't drop it.
