Staff is kind and helpful, friendly and polite, place is clean a little small on the waiting room, it did took some time to get seen my the Doctor my appointment was at 2pm got there 30min before and I saw the Doctor until 230pm,Doctor understood my concerns and answered all my questions now just the wait until when I am getting my procedure done, I was told availability was tight and I was getting scheduled until January of 2026 I thought it was a joke but it was not hopefully I get it done sooner then that, but other than ... read more
Doctor answered all our questions and concerns. The 3 receptionists were nice and very accommodating. This was our first visit and it was great for a first impression that made us look forward to coming back for all future appointments. Thank you!
Everyone was nice and the Dr was great.. pleasant experience..Dr. asked the right questions also.
I'm confused why they even make appointments that you wait weeks for, only to have to be there for two hours to see a doctor for 10 minutes to order a colonoscopy. Why not just actually make appointments that you can keep instead of booking tons of people at the same time or do virtual visits instead of being inconsiderate of people's time? I was only in the room around 10 minutes and still felt rushed. Dr. did not treat my symptoms or pain. Dr. Didn’t seem to really care. Long hold times to reach staff. I will be going elsewhere to get proper care. This place was below average and I felt like I wasted my $41.50 co pay because I received nothing useful from my visit.
