Awful. As a new medi-cal patient, I presented my ID, and social. The lady behind the desk kicked me out. She said no card, no service. Keep in mind, medi cal knew my card was delayed but becuase of an infected tooth told me to seek treatment ASAP. I ended up going to Western dental, who took me right away. And had zero problems accepting my medi-cal. I reported this dentist to medi-cal. I suggest everyone else does too. Close him down!!

Worst place to go get work done . They tried to work on me while in pain with out properly numbing me . Left my nerve exposed and left me in pain . Do not recommend to anyone . Then wanted me to go back after a horrible and traumatizing experience. Also tried to work on Two teeth at the same time when protocol is to work on one root canal at a time . Lastly , appointment was at 9am and I did not even get called back till 9:45am . This place is highly unprofessional and do not care if your in pain . Like sorry but my problem ... read more

Deep cleaning is gentle, experienced root canal Dentist you don’t need to have your work redone. I’ve been his patient for almost 5 yrs.

PLEASE DONT EVER GO HERE!!! I am I the process of filling a civil complaint on them now. They are withholding patient’s records which is illegal. Also , a family member went here received a root canal , they didn’t even finish it and he’s been in so much pain ever since!!! They don’t care about their patients and just want to bill your insurance and take advantage of medical patients! They also practice insufficient infection control procedures here!
