I am writing to file a formal grievance regarding the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of therapist Yvette Robles during a recent therapy session with my wife. Yvette became defensive when my wife expressed how she felt, feeling more doubtful of her actions and way of parenting, feeling less than after her sessions. I don't recommend going in to see Yvette Robles and I don't recommend reporting anything to the supervisor Peggy because she was very dismissive and told me she was very busy and did not really care. Yvette Robles saw me today and I came in hoping to have a conversation first because our last session she was very judgmental very critical and a little bit of aggressive and with guidance from my support system I came in to ask her if she could take a softer approach so that we can continue because I didn't want to switch again... read more
I have been coming to the Mesa Clinic now for almost 10 years now, and I love coming here because before I was in a very dark place and my both my Doctor and my Counselor saved my life . And even though there are severe cutbacks in both staff and Counselors and Doctors I think 🤔 the city Government should take in consideration of not just patients that come to revive the treatment they desperately need should get.
Terrible service they completely wasted my time
