Referred here by iehp my PCP couldn't get ahold of them by fax or by phone! I tried calling multiple times and couldn't leave a message, it kept just hanging up on me!! Finally drove over to the location, at 230pm (closes at 430pm) with no luck there door is locked and tons of dust all over the door a patient would enter thru, almost like no one used that office any longer yet the Drs next to him same building clean glass window and actually someone there!!. I've been there two times and now I have to go to surgery and every time I'm ready to go see him before my surgery they have to cancel because he's busy doing something else now again they said I have an appointment in September on the 10th to go back to see him after my surgery and they said they have to cancel it and make another appointment for me don't understand how a doctor can have an office and he's never there
Was told to take down negative review due to lack of communication about post operation symtpoms. Told patient does not want to see patient again unless review taken down. Just sad
Dr franklin king-teh is Horrible!! Use to like seeing him. One dy had uti infection.Took urine sample, send out 2 Lab. Told me if receive no calls, 4 me 2 call office in 2 wks.When i called 4 my results I was told have an upcoming appt 2 ask dr Chu then. Appt date>asked he got very angry @ me. Telling me who do u think u r talking 2 me this way. That i am around his age I CANT!! talk 2 him that wy??Everytime i would try 2 explain he would verbally come @ me.
