Dr franklin king-teh is Horrible!! Use to like seeing him. One dy had uti infection.Took urine sample, send out 2 Lab. Told me if receive no calls, 4 me 2 call office in 2 wks.When i called 4 my results I was told have an upcoming appt 2 ask dr Chu then. Appt date>asked he got very angry @ me. Telling me who do u think u r talking 2 me this way. That i am around his age I CANT!! talk 2 him that wy??Everytime i would try 2 explain he would verbally come @ me. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Dong for almost two years. Dr. Dong listens intently, explains thoroughly and gives options for treatment. Very compassionate and patient.

I have had amazing care at San Bernardino Urology. I have had Interactions with all the Doctors Dr. CHU. DR. CHENIM,Dr. Steve Dong,Dr keslov, and Dr. Lama. They all Care deeply about their Patients. When I have passed Dr. Chu In the hall or outside He Is always very kind and respectful. His first question is always how are you feeling. I highly recommend San Bernardino Urology

I saw Dr. Wong. No BS, no med sales, no up-selling. He recognized my condition can be handled by a different specialist and did not overstep in any way.
