10/10 would recommend this dental office. Everything from scheduling the appointment to the friendly staff to the examination process itself was amazing. Not one thing I would change about my experience!
I brought my daughter to MBO and SBO. We had a great experience! My daughter had a complicated case which included specialists. We had a great experience with Dr Criswell and his associates! The front office staff is always very professional and caring. The back office is exceptional!! Specifically, Colleen and Gabriel! I highly recommend MBO and SBO!!!!

After visiting a few orthodontic offices for consultations, we ultimately chose this one because of the amazing experience we had with Pauline, the treatment coordinator. She explained everything so clearly and took the time to answer all of our questions, which really helped us feel informed and confident. We also felt very comfortable with the doctor—professional, kind, and genuinely caring. The entire team made us feel at ease, and we’re so glad we found them!
