According to Harlingen front desk, they dont have social media. clearly they dont know about this page to check it. their rating was a shock to the person i was speaking to. add to this the fact that they changed office hours late yesterday due to weather and only put a sign on the door. very poor service, no professionalism, terrible communication.
worst service ever.. stayed waiting for over 2 hours to even get sent to a room and you will wait another hour to finally see a doctor
I got here at 9:42 am and I still can’t get called in! It’s 11:01 am 🤦🏻♀️ Let’s see how much longer I have to wait!
Waited 45 minutes to be put on a “list”. Now we get to wait two hours for an “appointment”. Except it isn’t really an appointment because you can’t leave. Rude staff and dirty office.
Yup there waiting time is ridiculous. They told me dad 8am and 2 hours of waiting is so wrong!!! Time to find another Doctor
