I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The visit was a nightmare. The front office is under duress chiefly because of the CEO that hovers over every move the employees make. Our assistant was afraid to make a move for fear of repercussions from the CEO. The patient I took (a minor) had to go to the back by herself. When I asked where it stated that she had to go unaccompanied by an adult they could not produce the information. I was not allowed to go to the dentist chair with her.
