We met with Daniel S. almost 7 years ago and made the decision to buy his system to handle our hard water in the Alamo Ranch area. You can not ask for a better system, nor customer service. Excellent product quality and professional , expertise in water quality knowledge. Our new older home is on well water. We originally only planned for a new water softner system but shortly after moving in we became ill from the water (before water softner and r/o). Because of heavy iron sulfide and other poor warer quality issues, we decided to install a total water treatment system...which is less expensive and overall better water than having to drill a deeper well. We’ve had the water softener since we moved into our brand new home almost 6 years ago. At that time we almost bought a softener from a local store for less than $500, but decided we’d better get the best we could afford. I have a friend who had to pay a few thousand dollars on plumbing repairs because they hadn’t gotten a water softener at all. We’ve kept up with the maintenance and so far so good.
