Called to talk with someone and waited ten minutes on hold to only get a phone service, how disappointing, I will find somebody that wants my business and will provide my family the type of service we deserve, it all starts at the front desk, most people won't wait that long at restaurants to be greeted then why should I with my health care that cost way more, I will keep looking
