I had San Antonio Tree Surgeons out to take care of a dead Hackberry tree in my back yard and struggling waxleaf ligustrum in my front yard. Both have struggled since "snowmageddon" and the drought the last few years, so it was time to take them out. The Hackberry had to go, but the waxleaf is getting a second chance. The team showed up on time, with a big grew of 7 guys we quickly made took down the Hackberry and fed it into the wood chipper. They were done and gone in about 30 minutes.

I highly recommend this team for their expertise and reliability. They performed a full prune on our front almost 2.5 story high oak tree, including raising the canopy and clearing limbs from both our roof and our neighbor's. I was specifically impressed by their professional standards: they follow the '25% rule' to avoid shocking the tree, sterilize all saws to prevent disease, and apply wound dressing to large and small cuts. Excellent work from excellent company!! Very knowledgeable on tree care and listen and explain care and needs of trees to the customer. Crew did an outstanding job of trimming trees and painting cuts. Used tools cleaned before and after use . Recommend them highly.

After consulting with 4 different arborist/tree companies, I decided to go with SA tree surgeons and I am very happy with my choice! They were quick with customer service, sending out an arborist the same day I called for a consult/estimate, and their pricing was very competitive. 4 days later they were here to service 2 of my large backyard trees and lift the street canopies of my front trees.
