Went in for an EXT of a molar and everything went extremely well! From scheduling the appointment a week prior to dealing with insurance then having the procedure done. Everyone in the front office was so friendly, and kind especially the dental staff. Dr. Parker explain all of my options and made me feel comfortable about the decisions I made for my treatment today. Thank you!!
Really slow. I waited an hour and 20 minutes past my appointments set time just to be seen. Really frustrating and annoying if you need to get in and out fast. Most of them were standing around talking too.
HORRIBLE experience! My friend went here for her wisdom teeth removal and was left with an extremely botched job! Her jawbone was completely exposed and she had to seek another dentist for medical attention! She almost had to go to the emergency room due to the amount of pain she experienced. Would NOT recommend this business to anyone!
It took 10 weeks, of me calling weekly, to tell me our dental insurance would not cover the procedure we needed. That is 10 weeks of my eight year old needing surgery when I could of tried elsewhere or started finding help through medical insurance.
This practice in New Braunfels has to be the best!!! I had 3 infected back teeth all around the same area. I went to a regular dentist yesterday in Seguin and she would not touch them even after the infection would be gone she said she still wouldn’t touch them! I was in sooo very much pain!!!
