My son was seen by One of the dentist at this office the dr. is great but the staff are full of crap. They don't know how to do their job. My son was scheduled for surgery in March 4 no one called me, I called them 2 days before the surgery I was told that it was just on Medical note but someone forgot to write his name on actual date of the surgery. Don't go here this place is sucks
I've no idea what happened with the other reviews, but my experience here was wonderful. The office was clean and equipment was state of the art. Doctor Michael Castillo (may have miss spelled his first name) was nice, and explained my options pre and post treatment. The anesthesiologist did their job wonderfully, I could've walked out of the office had I needed to, though they wheeled me out in a wheelchair to a convenient loading dock and even offered me assistance getting into the truck. I am phobic about dentists and while I will never say I enjoyed going to a dentist I can say that after trying various dentists over 47 years of my life none has been as fantastic as Dr. Pham. I am in SA for a few weeks visiting family and broke a tooth. Knowing that the root would have to be removed I tried putting it off until I got home. Didn't work. Massive infection and pain. NEVER GO HERE. BEWARE!!! THEY WILL LET YOU SUFFER IN PAIN AND RISK SERIOUS INFECTION.
The dentist that saw me was Jack W. Pool. I being a person who has not gone through any sort of surgery ever in my life was very nervouse and not too comfortable about it all. So I was asking a lot of questions, which seemed to anger Pool. At one point I was thinking that he was talking about pulling the wrong tooth. I kept on insisting that it was the one right before the wisdom tooth, and he was saying it was the second one from the wisdom tooth. He eventually ran out of the room to get gloves.
