When one of my son's brackets came off the day after he'd gotten the braces put on, I called because I was told if anything happened, they would get us in ASAP. That was a Saturday so the fact they weren't reachable is understandable. I called the emergency number listed but nobody called me back. I expected a call on Monday but there was none. Love this office!!! The staff are wonderful and the orthodontist’s are wonderful as well. Could not ask for a better experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
