I visited the office as a new patient & was very pleased with everything & everyone! from scheduling my appointment, to checking in, getting called back & seeing the doctor; I'm so happy to have found such a great clinic. Dr. Avila is amazing! She's the sweetest ever! 10/10 recommend this clinic!!
I highly recommend the doctor Cynthia. I’ve been there several times and never have I seen a doctor so nice and so concerned in my life she truly helped me and my daughter God bless she helps people because she wants to not because she has to she’s the best!! 👍🏼👍🏼
I had a 3 month follow up rescheduled from April 8th to the 22nd due to battle of flowers. I show up, told I don’t have an appointment with just a vague note on my account stating left voicemail to reschedule. Their medical clerks can’t keep track of patient information here apparently, there was another patient who showed up after me who also thought they had an appointment. My first visit was great. The doctor was engaged and proactive. Unfortunately there was poor communication with scheduling and office management which led to missed appointments and long periods of time before a makeup appointment could be made.
