This was by far the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The dryer in our current house is not working well, but we have minimal info regarding its purchase since it came with the house. I called prepared with the serial number, make, and model, and was going to attempt to see if it was still under warranty (wasn’t sure if they could help with this but thought I would try). I got told “I dunno, ask the person you bought it from”, and then was hung up on. Great job guys.
