Before we even arrived, Janna provided outstanding customer service through the Marriott chat. She responded quickly, was very helpful with our requests for extra towels and blankets, and made us feel welcomed. Excellent service!
You can call the front desk 20 times and they might answer on the 20th try its a 50/50, it doesn't matter if you are calling from the room or if you're trying to book a room. It took 21 phone calls from me and 13 calls from my wife to get someone to answer the phone.
