Mark is an incredibly professional and qualified gem and jewelry appraiser. He explained the entire process very thoroughly and the actual process of documenting, measuring and photographing took less than 45 minutes. After this I was able to take my jewelry home with me while he used the information gathered at our meeting to write up the appraisal and the report was ready in less than a week. I couldn’t recommend Mark enough! I wanted to make sure the engagement ring I ordered from a sketchy website was legit. He was very thorough and educated me about everything throughout the appointment. Very nice, educated, and respectful. Everything was done right in front of me and I was able to have the results in a timely manner without having to leave my jewelry behind. 10/10 experience.

Mr. Mark Saenz is a Registered Gemologist Appraiser with over forty years of experience. He was diligent during the inspection process, answered all my questions, and even let me look at the inclusion through the microscope, a full lecture. I highly recommend Mr. Saenz, for your precious stones appraisals.

I needed some jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. Mark, the geologist, and his colleague April were great. They educated me on the appraisal process and helped me sort through my jewelry and helped me decide what would be worth appraising and insuring and what might not be. It was exciting to hear them talk about the items I had. Some were quite old, and there were pieces from different parts of the world. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience! I was so nervous to leave my jewelry behind to be appraised, the owner, Mark, allowed me to stay and observe while he meticulously evaluated the piece. He was extremely professional and courteous and had everything completed in exactly the timeframe he outlined. 5 stars for the services rendered and the interaction all the way through the process!
