I want to give a shout out to one of the Southwest Airlines Curb Side Check in Represenatives. It was a little after 5am this morning and I was assisted by Herbert. I apologize but I did not catch his last name. He was pleasant with everyone and looks like he really enjoys his job. He had a bright smile on his face! Despite having to get up so early, it was a great way to start my day! Thank you Herbert!
Once again, this airport has proved itself dysfunctional relative to the size of this city. Today I was waiting in the ticketing line when I was instructed by an airport employee to perform crowd control. My apparent job according to her was to ask other passengers which airline they were flying and then direct them to the appropriate line. This place is such an embarrassment to this city.
Love this airport TSA pre, excellent service, thumbs up....!!!!
Security has no respect for the disabled. They hurt my poor uncle that is in so much pain. One security said he didn't have to take off his shoes they made fine it was okay. Then one of the steps on my uncles feet. He can harly move and they made him move for they can check him.
Easy in and easy out. No problems. All employees were very nice, welcoming and friendly!!!
What incompetence and inconsideration for the thousands of people stuck here. Why does it take 9 hrs to move a disabled plane off the runway?? Every other business has contingency plans and practices, plans for the worst so they can handle it when it happens. What a sorry way to "handle" Saturday's mess. You guys SUCK!!!! Very disappointed. Very unprofessional!
It is a small airport but no major issues. Today flights to Dallas were delayed and this caused major overcrowding. I wish communication was better.
