Very helpful and polite... restroom clean.. and airplane had maintenance problems they gave us a different plane right away and felt like upgrade and even thought we were late our luggage was waiting for us at SA airport.. grandkids love tv monitors and movies and games.. flight attendants were very courteous..

It is easy to get to places especially to the car rentals.
Small Airport feeling with a City as big as San Antonio, is nice. Clean bathrooms and simple gift shops.. Everything appears neat and organized. TSA was even nice...I haven't traveled since 2011. Heard of all the horror stories.. was relieved it wasn't complicated. Arrived 2hours prior to departure.
Had no issues with parking; found a space in less than 5 minutes. Check in and boarding were smooth. Is currently under construction.
Banning a food chain like Chik Fil A because of the owners personal beliefs is dispicable and un-american. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You are now by far, the worst airport in the country.
Smaller airport,1 smelled funny, overpriced food and drink, and customer service in every form be it the airline workers, TSA, and food/bar service was awful and full of people who seemed they would rather be dead than working there; i know it sounds extreme and maybe a little funnyn but it is the gods honest truth.
Very friendly well, Texans like that we are very helpful and kind.
I had a pleasant time, bags came off of plane quickly.
