Love the ease of the airport, size and airline staff. TSA staff is horrible, and rude. I suggest a revamp of TSA customer service here. I had a yellow light up on my hair bun, and the older lady who checked me, checked my arms, wrist shoulders, neck... everywhere except my hair bun. And, she was beyond rude. This bad attitude seems to be common here at SAT TSA....
Get more direct flights. we are tired of driving to Austin to get cheaper direct flights!! San Francisco direct would be a great place to start!

Kudos to airport office members taking care by providing snacks/water/real time updates to airlines passengers stuck in airport with no transportation (shuttle or cabs or uber/lyft) to take them to hotels
The planes are ruining this otherwise glorious day for the Shearer Hills/Ridgeview residents, since they are coming more lowly (despite nothing but blue skies, no clouds!), loudly, and frequently than ever over our homes. Please do NOT support their horribly disturbing insanity.
