Our ENT referred my husband to these physicians one month ago. I called twice per week for four weeks and got the run around. They hadn’t got the records which they had, someone was on vacation or retired, no one could figure out why he had to be seen even though he is really sick and has to see infectious disease. They tell me we will call you back to schedule an appointment everytime I call them to check if there is an appointment available for me .but they never do they just waste your time asking you to get some documents after you do they totally forget about you .they are funny in one way
