Dawn Olivares is another ignorant individual in the medical field who does not understand that the delivery fees go to the companies, not the drivers. Please do better next time and show some appreciation for those providing you a service that you're too lazy to do yourself.
They only take on patients as a referral. Poor follow up. I received a referral to see one of their physicians for the past 3 months calling at least 6 times to only deny the referral and only communicate with my physician. I had to call to find this out.
My experience at SAIDC was nothing but pleasant. The staff is friendly, professional, and informative. Clinic is clean and looks nice. I love that the doctor visits don't take much of your time and I am out in a timely manner.
I have only had horrible experiences with sakorea and the front staff with this location. They have failed to communicate with me and have been very disrespectful throughout the time. Steven has always argued with me every time I call in to the office and puts words in my mouth that I’m not saying. The referral lady is rude and still have not called me back with updates on my physician change. From what I’m getting today, nothing has been done or said to anyone?? I had been a patient for 22 years. I was always seen by Dr Richard Fetchick for that whole duration. Once he retired the office staff was extremely rude to me. After missing an appointment (they called my landline and not my cell to remind me about my appointment--since I only saw them twice a year) After letting them know I would no longer see them anymore, they tried to say I was non-compliant And said they would fax over my medical records to the new specialist I planned on seeing.
