HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Left us STRANDED at the Battle of Flowers parade this past Friday and just decided not to show up. When I called, they gave me a bunch of jumbled up lies and said they'd call back but never did. THE DAY BEFORE they left me a voicemail at 4:45 PM saying they needed my Driver's License and insurance, so now they have all my information and charged my card. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau now.
