The front desk personnel totally ignore you while they are chatting im not the only patient they also did it to several after me just let you stand there in front while you trying to get their attention to sign in and they looked at each other and one of them said are you gonna get that then laugh as if they dont make the patient just stand there for 7 mins waiting for them to get their attention to sign in, one has long flowy black hair and has significant weight on her the other one has long curly hair mix color flowy too ... read more
My mother and I had our colonoscopies at this facility. As first-timers, we were nervous and anxious, but the staff here are truly angels. They put us at ease and made us feel safe. I highly recommend this facility. Even though we live an hour away, we will continue to come here because of how compassionate the staff is. Thank you, Dr. Johnson, and thank you to his staff for their wonderful care.
Bravo!!! I had been feeling sick for years now and I was so scared of going to the gastroenterologist because of fear of what they would tell me. I got an appointment next door with Cynthia Guzman which she got me my endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled up within 7 days of my first ever appointment! I lived the most 7 stressful days of my life because I had never been deep sedated and since I have sleep apnea, I thought I wasn't going to wake up lol. Muy buena atencion, todo el personal se porto muy amable. Aun cuando mi esposo no habla en ingles siempre habia alguien que nos ayudaba en español y se aseguraban de explicarnos cada detalle en nuestro idioma. Recomiendo ampliamente esta clínica.
