The doctors are great but a scheduler is very rude!!!This is at the Euclid Office. Long story short,cancelled 3x but I called ahead of time. When I scheduled the last time, I tried calling for instructions but could not get through, so when they finally called for pre- op instructions, I had already taken meds that I did not know I could not take before procedure. So that had to be cancelled so they fired me. Just an fyi, you’ll know if you meet her.

Just called to attempt to make an appointment and I find it odd that the appointment line answered with “hello” didn’t say the name of the clinic I had to ask “is this the gastrointestinal clinic” she said “yes” honestly not what I expected just sounded like I was calling a non working person didn’t sound like someone helpful, me being young and looking for guidance because this is my first time trying to get a diagnosis on my stomach issues, she definitely could've explained better and talked more.
