Dr Pruitt is very skilled and caring. The staff is very professional and helpful.
STAFF IS RUDE! I called to schedule a new patient appointment in March. Got the appointment for May @115. I called 2 days before to confirm co payment and get any new patient paperwork done. AND THEY COULD NOT FIND THE APPOINTMENT. First lady put me on hold then magically I was transferred to someone else who was rude and put me back on hold for 30 mins then the call disconnected. The doctors may be great but the staff is not DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I asked her what is the resolution is there something that is open this ... read more
